1. Unplug your refrigerator from the wall or turn off its power at the circuit breaker.
2. Open the refrigerator door, and remove the shelves, crisper drawers, cheese drawer, and bins.
3. Locate the damaged dairy bin and carefully remove it from the refrigerator.
