1. Start by turning off the power to your refrigerator at the electrical breaker box. You'll need to turn it off for at least 10 minutes before moving forward.
2. Carefully remove all shelves and bins from the unit, placing them in a clean area away from dust and debris.
3. Locate the GE WR71X10959 shelf module. It is under the fresh food compartment at the bottom of the unit.
4. Remove the screws that hold the shelf module in place.
5. Carefully lift the shelf module out of the unit and place it in an area where you can access it easily.
6. Take your new GE WR71X10959 shelf module, fit it into the opening and secure it with the screws you took out in Step 4.
7. Place the shelves back in the refrigerator, lining up the brackets.
8. Turn the power back on, allowing the refrigerator to reset for 15 minutes before use.
