Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator from the power outlet.
Step 2: Remove the existing WR71X10764 GE Door Shelf Module Insert.
Step 3: Gently remove the broken insert and place a new WR71X10764 GE Door Shelf Module Insert into the door.
Step 4: Make sure to put it in securely and adjust it as needed to ensure it fits properly.
Step 5: Replace all drawers and shelves back into the refrigerator.
Step 6: Plug the refrigerator back into the power outlet.
Step 7: Test the new insert to make sure it is working correctly.
