Step 1: Unplug the Refrigerator
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before performing any maintenance or repair work.
Step 2: Remove Old Cover Pan Glass
Using a screwdriver, carefully remove screws that are holding the cover pan glass in place. Be careful not to damage any of the surrounding components as you remove it.
Step 3: Clean Surrounding Area
Wipe down the area surrounding the glass pan with a damp cloth to ensure no debris is left behind.
Step 4: Place New Cover Pan Glass
Carefully place the new GE WR32X10155 cover pan glass in its designated place. Make sure all edges are securely fitted in its slots.
Step 5: Secure with Screws
Using a screwdriver, re-secure the glass pan with its screws.
Step 6: Test and Reconnect
Plug the refrigerator back in and test if the new cover pan glass functions correctly.
