Step 1: Unplug the refrigerator from its power source.
Step 2: Take off the back panel of the refrigerator and remove any other panels that are attached to it in order to access the evaporator fan rear bracket.
Step 3: Remove the screws/fasteners that are securing the evaporator fan rear bracket in place.
Step 4: Carefully remove the evaporator fan rear bracket from the refrigerator and set it aside.
Step 5: Place the new GE WR21X30022 evaporator fan rear bracket in place and re-secure the fasteners/screws.
Step 6: Re-attach the back panel and any other panels to the refrigerator.
Step 7: Plug the refrigerator back into a power source.
Step 8: Test the evaporator fan rear bracket to ensure that it is working properly.
