1. Ensure the fridge is unplugged and the power to the unit is off.
2. Open the freezer door and remove any food items, shelves and ice storage bins to access the freezer handle.
3. Unscrew the screws that attach the freezer handle to the frame of the door.
4. Remove the old GE WR12X34310 SS Freezer Door Handle and set aside.
5. Take the new handle and place it in the connecting holes of the freezer.
6. Secure the handle to the fridge using the screws removed from the previous handle.
7. Wipe down the area around the newly installed handle and make sure the screws are firmly in place.
8. Replace any food items, shelves and ice storage bins.
9. Plug the power cord back into the wall.
10. Test out the newly installed handle and make sure it is properly secured and functioning.
