How to Replace GE WJ26X25108 Indoor Air Thermistor
1. Start by unplugging the appliance and discharging any capacitors. This can be done by touching the probes of a multimeter together.
2. Remove the panel from the appliance in order to access the thermistor.
3. Detach the thermistor from the control board.
4. Before attaching the new thermistor, make sure to clean the terminals and wires of the control board with a damp cloth.
5. Take the new thermistor and attach the wires to the corresponding terminals. Make sure the wires are secure.
6. Attach the thermistor back onto the control board.
7. Reattach the appliance panel and plug it back in.
8. Test the thermistor by turning the appliance on to make sure it is working properly.
9. If everything is working properly, you have successfully replaced the GE WJ26X25108 indoor air thermistor.
