1. Unplug your dryer from the wall outlet and remove any clothes or items inside the drum.
2. Position a ladder to reach the top of the dryer and remove the screws holding the front panel.
3. Carefully lower the front panel and locate the bearing top slides (they should be located on either side of the dryer drum).
4. Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the screws holding the old slides in place.
5. Disconnect the bearing slides from the motor pulley and the tub support bracket.
6. Install the new WE03X23956 GE Dryer Bearing Top Slides, ensuring the holes line up.
7. Reconnect the bearing slides to the motor pulley and the tub support bracket.
8. Tighten all screws securely.
9. Reassemble the dryer and plug it back into the wall outlet.
10. Test the dryer to ensure the new slides are functioning properly.
