Step 1: Start by unplugging the power cord from the back of the GE WD12X24390 HOUSING UI BOARD.
Step 2: Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove all the screws on the housing panel, including the ones on the sides, top, and bottom.
Step 3: Take out the old board and locate the four pins at the top.
Step 4: Carefully insert the new board and make sure its pins are correctly lined up with the four pins on the housing.
Step 5: Secure the new board with the four pins and then fasten the screws to the housing panel.
Step 6: Plug the power cord to the back of the new board.
Step 7: Turn on the power to test if the new board is functioning properly.
