Replace a GE WB27X10542 Fuse 5 A 125V

1. Unplug the unit from the wall. Make sure to unplug it from the wall before you attempt any repairs.

2. Locate the blown fuse. Check for a burned spot or discoloration on the fuse. If it is hard to locate, use a multimeter to test each fuse until you locate the blown one.

3. Remove the fuse. Carefully disengage the wires that are connected to the sides of the fuse. Then, remove the fuse from its mounting slot.

4. Insert a new fuse. After purchasing the correct replacement fuse (GE WB27X10542 Fuse 5 A 125V), carefully insert the new fuse into its mounting slot and reconnect the wires to the sides of the fuse.
