Replacing the GE WB24X10146 MICRO SWITCH G05

1. Unplug your appliance from the wall outlet and turn off any gas valves or main power switches connected to the appliance.

2. Remove the access panel, cabinet door or kick plate, if applicable, to access the switch.

3. Locate the existing switch and disconnect it.

4. Disconnect the wiring harness attached to the old switch. For most models, simply press down on the latch to release the wiring clips.

5. Remove the screws holding the switch in place.

6. Install the new switch by aligning the mounting holes with the ones in the panel.

7. Secure the new switch with the screws removed from the old switch.

8. Connect the wiring harness back to the new switch.

9. Reassemble the access panel, cabinet door, or kick plate.

10. Plug the appliance back in and test the new switch.
