DIY: Replace the Fisher & Paykel 855203P SENSOR KIT ACTIVE SMART ASSY
1. Start by turning off the power to the refrigerator and unplugging it from the wall.
Remove the contents of the refrigerator and freezer.
2. Find the Fisher & Paykel 855203P SENSOR KIT ACTIVE SMART ASSY. It is located inside the refrigerator, at the top of the evaporator/condenser unit.
3. Carefully disconnect the wires that are connected to the sensor kit. Put them in a safe place, so they don't get lost.
4. Remove all the screws that are holding the sensor kit in place. Use a screwdriver to do this.
5. Put the new Fisher & Paykel 855203P SENSOR KIT ACTIVE SMART ASSY into place. Secure all the screws to hold it in place.
6. Connect the wires that you disconnected in step 3. Make sure they are tightly connected.
7. Plug the refrigerator back into the wall and turn the power back on.
8. Put the contents of the refrigerator and freezer back into the appliance.
Your Fisher & Paykel 855203P SENSOR KIT ACTIVE SMART ASSY is now successfully replaced.
