This Top Load Washer Agitator Cam Repair Kit should be used if the upper section of the agitator isn't turning properly. This repair kit includes (4) directional cogs (or dog ...ears) and (1) cam. Pre-assemble the repair kit before installing in the agitator. Make sure you install the dog ears with the curve of the cam. We recommend using a small amount of grease (item 350849) with this kit if no grease is present on the old thrust washer. Replacing this part will require basic tools, some disassembly of the washing machine and novice repair experience. This Dryer High Limit Thermostat protects your dryer from overheating by cutting off power if the dryer gets too hot. If the dryer won't heat, the high-limit thermostat may ha ...ve blown. This part has been updated by the manufacturer. The new thermostat may differ in appearance, but will have the same function. The part is located behind the front access panel of the dryer. When replacing, make note of the the position of the colored wires when disconnecting. Both the thermostat and fuse can be tested to determine if either is defective. Note that a multimeter (item 964740) can be used to test for continuity to determine if the thermostat is defective and requires replacement.
