This part measures sediment content in the water and adjusts the dishwasher's cycle time ... and functions accordingly for optimal cleaning. If your dishwasher isn't cleaning your dishes properly, leaking, or not draining, replacing the turbidity sensor may alleviate these issues. Note that you'll need to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet to complete this repair.
