Replacing the Brown Stove 1801B182 Top Burner Igniter

Tools Needed:
-Screwdriver
-Flashlight

Instructions:
1. Unplug the stove from the wall and turn off any gas that might be connected to it.
2. Lift up the top of the stove and locate the brown stove 1801B182 top burner igniter.
3. Use a flashlight to see exactly where the igniter is and how it is connected.
4. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the igniter in place.
5. Carefully pull the old igniter out of the stove and disconnect any wiring that might be attached to it.
6. Place the new igniter in the same location and reconnect any wiring that was previously attached.
7. Secure the new igniter in place using the screws you removed earlier.
8. Turn on the gas and plug the stove back into the wall.
9. Test your work by turning on the burner and seeing if it ignites.
