1. Start by turning off the power to the appliance, then locating and removing the screws that hold the panel-facia onto the appliance.
2. Carefully begin to lift the panel-facia away from the appliance, taking care not to damage any of the wiring.
3. Once the screw is released, the panel-facia should be able to be pulled away from the appliance.
4. Unplug the wires attached to the back of the panel-facia and remove it from the appliance.
5. Place the new Bosch 00686977 panel-facia into position, making sure it is the correct fit for the appliance.
6. Reattach the wires to the new panel-facia and secure it in place using the same screws.
7. Turn the power back on and test the appliance to make sure the panel-facia is working correctly.
8. If everything is working properly, then you have successfully replaced the panel-facia.
