Step 1: Unplug the dishwasher from the power outlet.
Step 2: Locate and remove the screws that hold the access panel in place, which is typically on the bottom right side of the dishwasher.
Step 3: Carefully remove the access panel and set aside.
Step 4: Locate the old filter, which is usually a gray or white circle located at the bottom center of the dishwasher.
Step 5: Unscrew the old filter and remove it.
Step 6: Take the new 00645038 Bosch Dishwasher Micro Filter and insert it into the same location, aligning the screw holes with the existing holes.
Step 7: Secure the new micro filter with the screws you removed in Step 2.
Step 8: Reinstall the access panel by lining up the screws with the existing holes and tightening them.
Step 9: Plug the dishwasher back into the power outlet.
