Replacing the 00618624 Bosch Stove Oven Range Cooktop Spark Module IGNITION DEVICE
1. Unplug your stove from the wall outlet and shut off the gas supply.
2. Secure your stove top by removing the screws that keep the top on.
3. Remove the screws and then the spark module IGNITION DEVICE located at the back of the stove.
4. Remove the wires connected to the spark module if any.
5. Clean the area around the spark module with a damp cloth.
6. Connect the new spark module while referring to the instruction manual, making sure the connections are secure.
7. Reattach the wiring connected to the spark module.
8. Reattach your stove top by screwing it back on and then plug your stove back into the wall outlet.
9. Turn on the gas and then test the spark module by turning a knob on to the ignite position.
10. If the sparkmodule is working correctly, you will see a spark at the burner.
