How to Replace the 00480317 Bosch Dishwasher Instantaneous Water Heater Element Assembly
Tools Needed:
-Phillips head screwdriver
-Pliers
Step 1: Unplug the dishwasher from the electrical outlet.
Step 2: Remove the access panel from the base of the dishwasher by loosening the screws located on the inside edge of the panel.
Step 3: Locate the instantaneous water heater element assembly and disconnect the wiring harness attached to it. Use a pair of pliers to loosen the clamps that hold the tubing in place.
Step 4: Detach the element assembly by removing the screws holding it in place.
Step 5: Replace the element assembly with a new one. Ensure that the seal is intact and there are no visible signs of wear or damage.
Step 6: Re-attach the wiring harness and secure the clamps holding the tubing.
Step 7: Replace the access panel and tighten the screws.
Step 8: Plug the dishwasher back in and turn the power back on.
Your Bosch dishwasher is now ready for use. Enjoy!
