Replacing the 00445427 Bosch Dryer Cover
1. First, unplug your dryer from the power source and turn off the gas supply if it’s a gas dryer.
2. Next, remove the screws from the bottom of the dryer. Normally, the screws are located on the inside of the dryer.
3. Next, you need to open the top of the dryer by removing the screws from the side or back. You may need to use a screwdriver or an allen wrench to remove them.
4. Once the top of the dryer is open, you will have access to the interior. Here, you should be able to see the old cover that needs to be replaced.
5. Now, you need to remove the old cover. Start by carefully unscrewing the screws that are holding it in place. You may need to use a screwdriver or an allen wrench to do this.
6. Once the screws have been removed, gently lift up the cover. It should come off easily.
7. Now, you should be able to see the area where the new cover will go. Take your new 00445427 Bosch Dryer cover and place it in the same location that the old cover was.
8. Secure the new cover by replacing all the screws that you removed earlier. Make sure they are all tightened properly.
9. At this point, the replacement is complete. Replace the top of the dryer and screw it closed.
