Replacing the 00189023 Bosch Range / Cooktop Venturi Gas Tube Connector
1. Shut off the gas supply to your range or cooktop before beginning.
2. Unscrew the venturi tube connector from the underside of the range or cooktop with a wrench.
3. Inspect the venturi tube connector for signs of wear or damage, and replace if necessary.
4. Wrap the threads of the new 00189023 Bosch Range / Cooktop Venturi Gas Tube Connector with Teflon tape and thread into the underside of the range or cooktop.
5. Secure the venturi tube connector with a wrench, but do not over-tighten.
6. Turn on the gas supply and test the fit of the venturi tube connector for any leaks.
7. If the venturi tube connector is securely in place without any leaking gas, then you can use the range or cooktop as normal.
