1. Begin by turning off the gas supply line to the 00188986 Bosch Stove Oven Range Stove Cooktop Gas TUBE CONNECTOR and disconnect the gas line from the unit.
2. Unscrew the screws located on the outside of the Gas TUBE CONNECTOR with a Phillips screwdriver, then remove the outer casing of the connector by gently prying it off with a flathead screwdriver.
3. Carefully remove the two nuts located on the interior of the Gas TUBE CONNECTOR with a wrench, and remove the old connector with your hands.
4. Take the new 00188986 Bosch Stove Oven Range Stove Cooktop Gas TUBE CONNECTOR and insert it in the space where the previous part was removed.
5. Secure the new Tube Connector with the two nuts that were removed from the unit previously and screw the outer casing back onto the Gas TUBE CONNECTOR.
6. Reconnect the gas line to the unit, making sure to tighten it securely with a wrench.
7. Turn the gas supply line back on, and test the range stove to make sure it is in good working condition.
8. If all is working properly, you have successfully replaced the 00188986 Bosch Stove Oven Range Stove Cooktop Gas TUBE CONNECTOR.
