Replace the Bertazzoni 508027 TERMOCOUPLE MM800
1. Unplug your oven from the wall socket and turn off the power supply at the breaker box.
2. Remove the oven door by releasing the locking tabs on the top and bottom of the oven. Lift the door off and set it aside.
3. Remove the screws around the edge of the oven interior and remove the two panels surrounding the thermostat assembly.
4. See inside of the internal thermostat compartment. You should see the Bertazzoni 508027 TERMOCOUPLE MM800 connected by two hex-head screws and wires with spade connectors.
5. Loosen the screws and use needlenose pliers to disconnect the wires from the terminals.
6. Remove the old termocouple, which will be mounted to the interior wall of the oven with insulation covering it.
7. Place the new termocouple in the same position and secure it with the two screws, being careful not to overtighten.
8. Use needlenose pliers to reconnect the wires to the terminals and tighten the screws.
9. Reassemble the oven walls and replace the screws.
10. Replace the oven door and plug in the oven. Turn the power supply back on at the breaker box.
Your Bertazzoni 508027 Termocouple MM800 has now been replaced!

7. Place the new termocouple in the same position and secure it with the two screws, being careful not to overtighten.
8. Use needlenose pliers to reconnect the wires to the terminals and tighten the screws.
9. Reassemble the oven walls and replace the screws.
10. Replace the oven door and plug in the oven. Turn the power supply back on at the breaker box.
Your Bertazzoni 508027 Termocouple MM800 has now been replaced!
