DIY: How to Replace the Whirlpool WPW10153530 Adjuster
Tools You Will Need:
-Phillips head screwdriver
-Socket wrench
-Adjuster replacement part (Whirlpool WPW10153530)
Step 1: Unplug your appliance to ensure you don’t electrocute yourself while working.
Step 2: Find the adjuster you need to replace. It will be located on the rear of the appliance.
Step 3: Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws that are holding the adjuster in place.
Step 4: Disconnect the wires from the adjuster and remove it from the appliance.
Step 5: Take the new adjuster and attach it to the appliance by connecting the wires and securing it with the screws.
Step 6: Use a socket wrench to make sure the adjuster is tightly secured in place, and the wires are properly connected.
Step 7: Once you have finished, plug the appliance back into the power source, and test it out to make sure it’s functioning properly.
