DIY Instructions for Replacing the Whirlpool W11366418 Screw
1. Shut off the main power supply to the appliance. If you are replacing the screw in an Electrical outlet, turn off the circuit breaker before working.
2. Locate the old screw that needs to be replaced. Carefully remove the old screw and retain for later use.
3. Make sure to fit a replacement Whirlpool W11366418 screw of the same size. The replacement screw should have the same threading as the old one.
4. Apply some mild detergent solution to the inside thread of the screw hole, which will help the new screw to go in easily.
5. Use a screwdriver to insert the new Whirlpool W11366418 screw into the hole. Tighten the screw firmly until you hear it click twice.
6. Test the screw by tugging it gently to ensure that it is securely fitted.
7. Clean up any debris generated while replacing the screw.
8. Restore the main power supply or the circuit breaker should you have worked on an electrical outlet.
