Instructions for Replacing Your Frigidaire 136611032 Heater
1. Gather the necessary tools and supplies: A replacement heater, Phillips head screwdriver, putty knife, Teflon tape, ladder, and electrical tape.
2. Turn off the power to the heater.
3. Unscrew the four mounting screws that secure the old heater in place.
4. Pull the old heater out of the wall and disconnect the wiring.
5. Use a putty knife to scrape away any built up dirt and debris from around the area where the new heater will be installed.
6. Wrap the threads of the new heater with Teflon tape.
7. Position the new heater in the wall and secure it with the screws.
8. Connect the wiring to the new heater, ensuring that all connections are secure.
9. Wrap any exposed wiring with electrical tape.
10. Restore power to the heater.
11. Test the new heater to make sure that it is working properly.
