This Refrigerator Defrost Thermostat is a safety device that clips onto the evaporator in the freezer. The thermostat turns off the defrost heater in case it gets too warm in ...the freezer section. If your refrigerator does not defrost, replacing the thermostat may alleviate this issue. To access the part, open the freezer door and remove the shelves, mounting brackets (if they release), and the ice bucket. After you remove the back panel, the defrost thermostat is mounted to the end of the evaporator. This Top Load Washer Thrust Washer sits between the upper and lower portion of the agitator on direct drive washing machines. The spacer is fitted between the agitator and the ... agitator auger and supports it as it moves. To access the part, remove the fabric softener end cap and then remove the center bolt from the agitator. After pulling the agitator out of the machine, separate the lower agitator from the upper agitator. Approx. 2-1/2" diameter.
