1. Shut off the power supply to the appliance you're working on.
2. Remove the old GE WR01X10380 SCR 8-18 AB TSQ 5/8 SS by unscrewing the two screws that are holding it in place.
3. Insert the new GE WR01X10380 SCR 8-18 AB TSQ 5/8 SS and make sure it is securely in place.
4. Re-screw the two screws to hold the part in place.
5. Turn on the power supply to the appliance and test the replacement to make sure it works properly.
