Step-by-Step DIY Instructions for Replacing a WR55X24347 GE Refrigerator Main Electronic Control Board Kit Assembly
1. Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet or power source before beginning the repair process.
2. Remove the screws at the top and bottom of the refrigerator’s rear access panel.
3. Pull out the main electronic control board kit assembly carefully.
4. Disconnect all the wiring that connects to the old control board.
5. Insert the new control board and reconnect the wiring, making sure all connections are secure.
6. Replace the screws and access panel.
7. Plug in the refrigerator to the power source.
8. Press the reset button on the new control board.
9. Test the refrigerator to make sure that it is working properly.
