Steps to Replace the GE WB24K5078 VALVE SWITCH
1. Before you begin, make sure you turn off all power to the unit you’re working on by unplugging it or shutting off the breaker in your electrical panel.
2. Using a flathead screwdriver, carefully remove the existing valve switch from the unit. Make sure to hold onto the old valve switch until the new one is installed so you can refer to its configuration for the new installation.
3. Insert the new GE WB24K5078 Valve Switch into the unit and secure it with the same screws from the old valve switch.
4. Reattach any wires that had been disconnected for removal of the old valve switch. Double check to make sure all connections are secure.
5. Reconnect the power source to the unit.
6. Turn on the unit to test the GE WB24K5078 Valve Switch.
