If the icemaker of your appliance stops making ice, no water flows from the dispenser or it flows constantly, or if you notice water at the bottom of the fresh food compartment, replacing the water inlet valve may alleviate the issue. Installing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience.
