Each of our service representatives has a minimum of 9 years in parts sales
and research with our company. Each member of our staff is well trained on
new products, and each has the resources and experience needed to assist you
with any problems you may have with an older appliance. In this industry, we
believe experience is critical in helping consumers order the correct part
for their appliance. With over 100,000 SKU’s
in stock and available for immediate shipment, we fill approximately 96%
of our customer’s request same day. With over 1.2 million line items
available for your immediate research, we can satisfy virtually any appliance
parts request you may have.

Shipping Policies
All orders received by 3:00pm Central time are shipped the same business
day. Orders received late in the day will be shipped the next business day. Currently,
PartAdvantage ships orders only within the United States.

- Please note that we do not offer UPS delivery on Saturday. UPS will deliver your package on a business day (weekday).
- For certain items over 10 pounds we may have to adjust the shipping charges.
However, we will contact you for pre-approval of any additional shipping
charges.
- Additional shipping charges apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico.
- Currently, we ship only within the continental United States plus Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Return
Policy
You may return non-electrical and non-gas operated in stock items within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Special Order items are not returnable.
We only ask that the item was not used or damaged in any way (must be resellable) and that is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
All original paperwork, inserts, diagrams, etc. must accompany the return.
For legal considerations, and to ensure that you always receive a brand new part when you order an electrical or gas-operated item, we can not accept returns on these items.
If you need to return a part, please call for an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization) and return instructions. Parts willl not be accepted back without an RMA Number.
Warranty Policy
We will warranty all items for 90 days. We will also pay the freight the second time the part is shipped to you. All warranty exchanges must be for the identical item.
Sales Tax
The PartAdvantage fulfillment center is located in Highland Indiana.
We are required to charge Indiana residents the combined State and
County tax rate, which is currently 6.0%. This tax will automatically
be added to any orders shipped to an Indiana address.
